Dining & Catering
USU Dining Services offers a variety of menu items for youth programs in our all-you-care-to-eat cafeterias. For more flexibility in dining options, order meal cards online for camp participants.
University Catering offers affordable options and menus to fit your youth program needs - boxed lunches, cookouts, pizza parties, and banquets.
Overnight Accommodations
The University Inn provides year-round lodging for overnight program participants. The hotel has 60-double queen rooms, 12-single king suites with hide-away bed, and 2-grand king suites with fireplace. Hotel Information and Features
