| Equipment and Setup Coordinator II | The purpose of the Equipment and Setup Coordinator II is to assist with the logistical management of event spaces in multiple event venues including, but not limited to the Taggart Student Center, Eccles Conference Center, University Inn (5th Floor), David B. Haight Center, West Stadium Center, Spectrum, and other indoor and outdoor spaces for university and public events. |
| Central Reservations Coordinator II | The primary purpose of the Central Reservations Coordinator (Coordinator II) is to support the Central Reservations Manager in scheduling room and resources across Logan campus. |
| Training Facilitator | The Training Facilitator will play a critical role in supporting the scheduling requirements of the University's non-academic spaces, ensuring efficient operations, and fostering inter-department communication. |
| Temporary Training Facilitator | The Temporary Training Facilitator will play a critical role in supporting the scheduling requirements of the University's non-academic spaces, ensuring efficient operations, and fostering inter-department communication. The expected duration for this position is from the hire date to November 1, 2027. |
Part-Time Positions
| Opportunities | Description |

| Setup Team Member | The primary purpose of this position is to work with a fast-paced team setting up and taking down chairs, tables, and stages for various events on campus. |
| Equipment and Venue Services Crew | The successful candidate will use discretion and independent judgment in the performance of venue and event related activities completing assigned duties in a timely manner and in accordance with the division's standards. |
