Part-Time Positions

Opportunities Description
Central Reservations Assistant The primary purpose of this position will be to assist the Central Reservations manager in serving as the initial intake coordinator for various events around Utah State University. The position will include various tasks including data entry, creating reports, and customer service.
Equipment & Venues Services Crew The successful candidate will use discretion and independent judgment in the performance of venue and event related activities completing assigned duties in a timely manner and in accordance with the division's standards.
Event Host The Event Host position will assist the Event Coordinators to ensure overall success of events managed by this position on the campus of Utah State University. Hours will vary depending on the number of events at venues. The hours will be mostly nights and weekends.
Guest Services Representative Guest Services Representatives are responsible for ensuring a fun, exciting, and safe experience for patrons while attending Utah State University events. Team members may have opportunities for growth within the Office of Events, including additional responsibilities with USU Fine Arts events, event hosting, and youth programs.
Event Assistant The primary purpose of this position is to work under the direction of the Event Coordinator overseeing student events and logistics. This position will assist in preparing various logistical arrangements, work order generation, and billing for the events.
