Utah State University will transition from EMS to the Coursedog Events Module beginning August 25, 2025.
Phase 1: Faculty and staff will be the first to use the new system via https://app.coursedog.com/#/login/usu_banner Sign in is via SSO.
Phase 2: Students will move to Coursedog at a later date. Until then, student reservations will continue to be handled through EMS and existing processes.

Why Coursedog?
Coursedog Events Module is a web-based reservation interface for all users and allows requesters, coordinators, service partners, and administrators a more user-friendly experience. Requestors are also now able to track the progress of their reservation, make comments as needed, and access previous reservation data for better decision making. This now brings an integrated application for coordinators and service partners to track requests and communication in one place. Administrators can now quickly review calendars to better understand space utilization for respective spaces.
