Event Services navigates the logistics of hosting your program on campus. We provide comfortable lodging in residence halls or at the University Inn, delicious catering and dining options, parking and transportation, individual and team building activities, and highly energetic and friendly youth conference coordinators.

Dining
USU Dining offers flexible meal options for youth programs in our all-you-care-to-eat cafeterias.
University Catering offers affordable options and menus to fit your youth program needs - boxed lunches, cookouts, pizza parties, and banquets.
Accommodations
The University Inn provides year round lodging for overnight program participants.
Our residence halls provide participants the opportunity to experience residential life on campus from May - July.
Meeting/Event Space
Meeting rooms, auditorium space, outdoor or indoor recreation options—USU has the space and staff to make your youth program a success.
Activities
Engage youth through fun activites as well as build confidence, increase comradery, and teach social and leadership skills through team-building.

One-Stop Shop certification makes event planning easy, with one contact, one contract, and one invoice for all event-related needs, including venue reservations, equipment, dining and catering, guest services, and housing accommodations.
